In the context of improving the performance of the services of the State Civil Apparatus at the central and regional levels, the Ministry of Utilization and State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform conducted a survey of public services at the Ministries / Institutions / Organizations of Regional Apparatuses conducted in collaboration with the Central Statistics Agency throughout Indonesia.

Bogor City received a survey allocation of 16 Ministries / Institutions / Organizations of Regional Apparatuses with the implementation period being August - September 2019
