Field Officer Training for National Socio-Economic Survey 2024 Bogor

One of the BPS survey activities that is anticipated by various data consumers is the National Socio-Economic Survey or Susenas. Susenas is conducted twice a year, in March and September. In September, the data produced is only at the provincial level and is in the form of special data or modules.

The module that will be collected in Susenas this time is the Socio-Cultural and Education Module (MSBP). The resulting indicators are not only the September Poverty Level, but also socio-cultural and educational indicators. In addition to the MSBP Susenas, data from the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) Quarter III was also collected.

BPS Bogor City is currently organizing training activities for Susenas MSBP and Seruti officers for the third quarter of 2024. The training activities were held for 2 days independently (September 1-2) and 3 days offline (September 3-5) at the Whiz Prime Hotel, Bogor. The Head of BPS Bogor City gave directions and officially opened the training activities.

Officer training activities are carried out as part of the implementation of field data collection with the aim that officers have the same concepts and definitions so that the data obtained from the field is objective and produces quality data. From this training activity, it is expected that officers can understand the concepts and definitions of data collection well so that they can conduct data collection properly and in accordance with the SOP.
