Abstract

In March 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Bogor Municipality will be 3.41 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.73.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index in all expenditure groups, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Group by 7.99 percent; Clothing and Footwear Group at 3.16 percent; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel group at 2.35 percent; Equipment, Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance Group at 0.40 percent; Health Group at 1.56 percent; Transportation Group at 1.57 percent; Information, Communication and Financial Services Group at 0.52 percent; Recreation, Sports and Culture group at 0.76 percent; Education Group at 0.84 percent; Food and Beverage Provision/Restaurant Group at 0.54 percent; and the Personal Care and Other Services Group at 5.71 percent.

The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate for March 2024 was 0.45 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate for March 2024 was 1.11 percent.
