Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bogor Municipality in December 2024 reached 62.35 percent, up 3.23 points compared to the TPK in November 2024 (m-to-m) which reached 59.12 percent. When compared to the TPK in December 2023 (y-on-y), the TPK of Star Hotels in December 2024 decreased by 10.93 points. The percentage of foreign guests who stayed at star hotels in Bogor Municipality in December 2024 reached 0.40 percent. The percentage of Indonesian guests who stayed at star hotels reached 99.60 percent. The average length of stay of guests at star hotels in Bogor Municipality in December 2024 was recorded at 1.31 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests was 2.52 days or 1.22 days longer than that of Indonesian guests.
