Abstract

In October 2015 in the city of Bogor Deflation occurred at 0.70 percent or an increase in consumer price index (CPI) to 121.45 Of the seven CPI cities in West Java recorded three cities experiencing inflation. Inflation occurred in the city of Cirebon of 0.10 percent, Tasikmalaya City of 0.59 percent, Sukabumi City of 0.05 percent. And four cities experienced deflation of Bandung -0.06 percent, Depok City -0.20 percent, Bogor City -0.70 percent, Bekasi City of -0.32 percent,

Deflation occurred in the city of Bogor because of the general decline in prices. Changes in Bogor city index are: foodstuff category -3.22 percent; food, beverage, cigarette and tobacco group by 0.12 percent, housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel by 0.01 percent; clothing 0.02 percent; 0.09 percent healthcare group, transportation, communication and financial services group -0.04 percent. While the subgroups of education, recreation and sports are still in stable condition.

The inflation rate for calendar year October 2015 is 1.65 percent and the inflation rate / year to year (October 2015 to October 2014) is 5.09 percent.
